Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) good quality whiskey (such as Jameson, Rittenhouse Rye)
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) pickle brine (from dill pickles)

Instructions:

  1. Chill both the whiskey and pickle brine in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for an extra refreshing experience.
  2. Pour 1.5 oz (45 ml) of whiskey into one shot glass.
  3. Pour 1.5 oz (45 ml) of pickle brine into the other shot glass.
  4. Take the whiskey shot.
  5. Immediately follow with the pickle brine shot.
