Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (1.25 ml)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Place the strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
