  • Lemon-lime soda: 4 oz (120 ml), like Sprite or 7-Up. For a more authentic experience, use gaseosa (Spanish lemon-lime soda).
  • Lemon slice: 1, for garnish
  • Orange slice: 1, for garnish (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fill the glass generously with ice cubes.
  2. Gently pour the red wine over the ice.
  3. Top the wine with the lemon-lime soda.
  4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Avoid over-stirring to maintain the fizz.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and an orange slice, if desired.
  6. For optimal refreshment, chill your Tinto de Verano in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes.
