Ingredients:
- 2 ounces amaretto liqueur
- 1 ounce crème de cacao (dark)
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons toasted almond slices (plus extra for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Crushed almond slices (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add almond slices and toast until golden, stirring frequently (about 3-5 minutes).
- In a cocktail shaker, add the amaretto, crème de cacao, coconut cream, heavy cream, and toasted almonds. Fill the shaker with ice.
- Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into chilled serving glasses. Optionally top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed almond slices for garnish.
