Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces amaretto liqueur
  • 1 ounce crème de cacao (dark)
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons toasted almond slices (plus extra for garnish)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Crushed almond slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add almond slices and toast until golden, stirring frequently (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the amaretto, crème de cacao, coconut cream, heavy cream, and toasted almonds. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into chilled serving glasses. Optionally top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed almond slices for garnish.
