- ½ cup (120ml) unsweetened pineapple juice
- ¼ cup (60ml) cream of coconut (Coco Lopez preferred)
- ¼ cup (60ml) white rum (optional)
- 1 cup (240ml) ice cubes
- Pineapple wedges (optional garnish)
- Maraschino cherries (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Add frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and rum (if using) to the blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, adding more ice if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and add a touch of simple syrup or agave nectar if desired.
- Pour into serving glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries.
