Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (approximately 2 cups or 300g)
- ½ cup (120ml) fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 1 cup (240ml) coconut water
- ½ cup (120ml) white rum (optional)
- 2 tablespoons (30g) agave syrup or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Lime slices or wedges (for garnish)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Peel and dice the mangoes. Add them to the blender.
- Add the fresh lime juice, coconut water, white rum (if using), and agave syrup to the blender. Blend until smooth and well combined (about 30 seconds).
- For a smoother cocktail, pour the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mango cocktail over the ice.
- Add lime slices and mint leaves for garnish.
