Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (approximately 2 cups or 300g)
  • ½ cup (120ml) fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1 cup (240ml) coconut water
  • ½ cup (120ml) white rum (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) agave syrup or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Lime slices or wedges (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes. Add them to the blender.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice, coconut water, white rum (if using), and agave syrup to the blender. Blend until smooth and well combined (about 30 seconds).
  3. For a smoother cocktail, pour the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mango cocktail over the ice.
  5. Add lime slices and mint leaves for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing tropical delight!
