Instructions:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread the cream cheese in an even, thin layer across the entire surface to create a moisture barrier.
- Place the cheese slices in the center, followed by the turkey breast (patted dry with a paper towel). Layer the dry spinach and grated carrots on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom edge, maintaining constant pressure to remove air pockets. Let it sit for 60 seconds seam-side down to seal.
- Using a serrated bread knife, slice the roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels using a gentle sawing motion.
