Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Thinly Sliced Turkey Breast
  • 2 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Baby Spinach leaves, patted dry
  • 2 tbsp Grated Carrots
  • 1 tsp Honey Mustard

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread the cream cheese in an even, thin layer across the entire surface to create a moisture barrier.
  2. Place the cheese slices in the center, followed by the turkey breast (patted dry with a paper towel). Layer the dry spinach and grated carrots on top.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom edge, maintaining constant pressure to remove air pockets. Let it sit for 60 seconds seam-side down to seal.
  4. Using a serrated bread knife, slice the roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels using a gentle sawing motion.
