Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
- 0.5 cup frozen banana slices
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Load the blender by pouring in the almond milk and honey first, followed by the Greek yogurt, and finally the frozen blueberries and banana slices.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed setting to break up the large frozen chunks, then slowly increase to high speed.
- Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is deep purple, velvety, and contains no visible frozen lumps.
- Perform a consistency check by stirring with a spoon; add a splash of milk if too thick, or a few more frozen blueberries if too thin, pulsing for 5 seconds to incorporate.
