Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen banana slices
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Load the blender by pouring in the almond milk and honey first, followed by the Greek yogurt, and finally the frozen blueberries and banana slices.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest speed setting to break up the large frozen chunks, then slowly increase to high speed.
  3. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is deep purple, velvety, and contains no visible frozen lumps.
  4. Perform a consistency check by stirring with a spoon; add a splash of milk if too thick, or a few more frozen blueberries if too thin, pulsing for 5 seconds to incorporate.
