Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 4 teaspoons redbush tea leaves or 4 redbush tea bags
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2-3 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add redbush tea leaves (or tea bags).
- Add sliced orange, lemon, cloves, and cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
- Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Once steeped, strain the infusion using a fine mesh strainer or remove the tea bags.
- Serve hot, sweetening with honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Pour into mugs and garnish with extra citrus slices if desired.
