Ingredients:
- 4 cups 100% cranberry juice, unsweetened
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 0.5 cup simple syrup
- 4 cups ginger ale, chilled
- 2 cups sparkling cider, chilled
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 medium oranges, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 1 large rosemary sprig
Instructions:
- In a large punch bowl, combine the unsweetened cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to fully integrate the sweeteners.
- Add the sliced oranges and fresh cranberries to the juice base. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the fruit to macerate and release essential oils.
- Immediately before serving, slowly pour the chilled ginger ale and sparkling cider down the interior side of the bowl to preserve carbonation.
- Gently fold the mixture once. Top with fresh mint leaves and a large ice ring or oversized ice cubes to minimize dilution.
