Ingredients:

  • 4 cups 100% cranberry juice, unsweetened
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 0.5 cup simple syrup
  • 4 cups ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 cups sparkling cider, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 medium oranges, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large rosemary sprig

Instructions:

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the unsweetened cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to fully integrate the sweeteners.
  2. Add the sliced oranges and fresh cranberries to the juice base. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the fruit to macerate and release essential oils.
  3. Immediately before serving, slowly pour the chilled ginger ale and sparkling cider down the interior side of the bowl to preserve carbonation.
  4. Gently fold the mixture once. Top with fresh mint leaves and a large ice ring or oversized ice cubes to minimize dilution.
