Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Fresh strawberry slices for garnish
- Pineapple wedges for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend the sliced strawberries, honey/agave syrup, and white rum until smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coconut cream, white rum, and lime juice until well combined.
- In each serving glass, pour a layer of the strawberry mixture until it fills about half the glass. Carefully pour the coconut mixture over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Add fresh strawberry slices and mint on top for an inviting presentation.
- Enjoy immediately, optionally with a straw for sipping!
