Ingredients:
- 8 slices soft white bread (preferably fresh)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (115g)
- 1 cup colourful sprinkles (hundreds and thousands) (150g)
Instructions:
- Lay out the slices of soft white bread on a chopping board.
- Using a butter knife, spread a generous layer of softened butter evenly across each slice.
- Pour colorful sprinkles onto a plate and press each buttered slice gently into the sprinkles until coated to your liking.
- Cut each slice into quarters (triangles or squares) and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and visual appeal.
