Ingredients:

  • 8 slices soft white bread (preferably fresh)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (115g)
  • 1 cup colourful sprinkles (hundreds and thousands) (150g)

Instructions:

  1. Lay out the slices of soft white bread on a chopping board.
  2. Using a butter knife, spread a generous layer of softened butter evenly across each slice.
  3. Pour colorful sprinkles onto a plate and press each buttered slice gently into the sprinkles until coated to your liking.
  4. Cut each slice into quarters (triangles or squares) and arrange them on a serving plate.
  5. Serve immediately for the best texture and visual appeal.
