Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz (45ml) Light Rum
  • ¾ oz (22ml) Galliano L'Autentico
  • 1 ½ oz (45ml) Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 ½ oz (45ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • Orange slice or pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Chill your cocktail glass while you prepare the yellow bird cocktail.
  2. Add all ingredients (rum, Galliano, orange juice, and pineapple juice) to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously until well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  5. Strain the mixture into your chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice or pineapple wedge.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy this yellow bird cocktail!
