Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz (45ml) Light Rum
- ¾ oz (22ml) Galliano L'Autentico
- 1 ½ oz (45ml) Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 ½ oz (45ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
- Orange slice or pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Chill your cocktail glass while you prepare the yellow bird cocktail.
- Add all ingredients (rum, Galliano, orange juice, and pineapple juice) to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
