Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) orange liqueur (e.g., Triple Sec)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) coconut rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) blue curaçao
  • Fresh pineapple wedge (to serve)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before preparation.
  2. In a shaker, combine orange liqueur and orange juice. Shake to combine and set aside.
  3. In a shaker, mix coconut rum and pineapple juice. Shake well and set aside.
  4. In a shaker, combine vodka and blue curaçao. Shake well and set aside.
  5. Pour the orange layer into the bottom of each shot glass. Using the back of a spoon, gently pour the coconut layer over the orange layer. Lastly, repeat with the blue layer, carefully pouring it over the coconut layer to maintain separation.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry before serving.
