  1. Place the liquid ingredient (Milk) into the blender jug first. This prevents the blades from getting stuck.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder (if using), sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Secure the lid and start blending on a low setting, quickly moving to medium/high. Use the tamper tool (if available) to push the ingredients down towards the blades.
  4. If the shake is too thick (blender struggling), add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until movement resumes. If it’s too thin, add 2-3 extra ice cubes and blend again briefly.
  5. Give it a quick taste. Add a dash more sweetener if needed.
  6. Serve immediately by pouring into a tall glass.
