Instructions:
- Place the liquid ingredient (Milk) into the blender jug first. This prevents the blades from getting stuck.
- Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder (if using), sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Secure the lid and start blending on a low setting, quickly moving to medium/high. Use the tamper tool (if available) to push the ingredients down towards the blades.
- If the shake is too thick (blender struggling), add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until movement resumes. If it’s too thin, add 2-3 extra ice cubes and blend again briefly.
- Give it a quick taste. Add a dash more sweetener if needed.
- Serve immediately by pouring into a tall glass.
