Ingredients:
- 2 Flounder Fillets (approx. 6 oz/170g each), skin on or off, pat dry
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Lemon, sliced thinly (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flounder fillets in the baking dish. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Arrange lemon slices over the flounder fillets. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
