Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons coarse kosher salt (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic (5 ml)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 ml)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (2.5 ml) (optional)
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme (2.5 ml)
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and dried thyme.
- Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. Make sure there are no clumps.
- Transfer the steak seasoning to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
